Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Mobile Money Number, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Mobile Money Account or Bank Account again.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Payment Options.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in Uganda Shillings.
Waiting List
If you see a product in our store that is out of stock, simply enter your email address and click “Notify Me”. An email will be sent to you automatically as soon as we get the item back into stock.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
Cancellations
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
